Ferrari World features over 20 attractions that "bring the Ferrari brand to life and cater to a diverse international audience." It has been hailed as "THE ultimate extreme park." The park, which includes Formula Rossa, the world's fastest roller coaster (240 km/h), is located next to the Yas Marina Circuit where Formula 1 Grand Prix races take place, on a 2,500-hectare island dedicated to leisure and entertainment in Abu Dhabi. For thrill seekers, in addition to Formula Rossa, Ferrari World offers G-Force, "the peak of acceleration": a towering drop tower located at the heart of a massive crystal dome. Ferrari World Attraction: experience the acceleration of an F1 car, compared to the launch force of a rocket. You're propelled 62m through the dome's roof and, of course, you have to come back down! Great fun if you have a strong stomach; teenagers love it. Ferrari World Also popular is the V12 attraction which takes you into the heart of a Ferrari 599 engine, with its giant pistons, air chambers, and a maze of passages and exhaust pipes. Of course, the park is complemented by restaurants and cafes serving Italian and international cuisine. Try to go early, as with all amusement parks, the queues get longer as the day goes on. Buy your tickets online to avoid the hour-long wait at the entrance with other tourists. Also worth noting: "It's worth paying an extra 100 AED for the 'premium pass' when you visit on weekends or during school holidays: the pass grants access to fast-track lines, reducing wait times. Knowing that on weekends, the waiting time for Formula Rossa can reach 3 hours... the pass can make a big difference in your experience!"
